MEET SARA
Thoughtful Therapy. Meaningful Change.
I believe therapy is most effective when it feels personal, purposeful, and collaborative. My role isn't simply to tell you what to do, but to help you better understand yourself and the issue, identify what matters most, and develop the insight and tools to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
My Approach
My approach to therapy is individualized, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I tailor treatment to each client’s needs, goals, and stage of life, combining clinical expertise with practical strategies that can be applied beyond the therapy room
My Specialties
I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, relationships, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and life transitions across the different stages of life.
My Credentials
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) with advanced training in trauma-informed care and EMDR.
A little more about me
Education
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter—when she’s home from college, getting outside, staying active, and making time for the things that bring me joy. You'll often find me walking my dog, spending time at the beach, exercising, or simply enjoying time with the people I love. I value a life that includes meaningful relationships, time outdoors, and the space to slow down and enjoy the everyday moments.
