Counseling For College Students and Young Adults
Support for navigating college, independence, relationships, and everything in between.
College students and young adults face a unique set of difficulties during these transition years. Students and young adults will receive help navigating these unique challenges of academic life, personal growth, and the transition to adulthood. These individuals often face stress from academic pressure, adjusting to a new environment, social expectations, and career decisions, which can sometimes lead to anxiety, depression, or relationship issues. Together we'll work to build coping skills, manage stress, improve self-esteem, and work through emotional or psychological difficulties that might affect their academic/work performance or personal well-being.
